Marriage Miracle Part II

Most of you must have read my earlier post on Marriage Miracle – New Age Mantra to save your marriage. Today I want to add that FOOD is also part of your marriage miracle! How? Well, it is no secret that the way to a man’s heart is through their stomach, so what are you waiting for?! Off you go to the kitchen and whip up something delicious that is made out of love for your partner and I am sure he/she is not going anywhere for a long time.

A lot women or men uses silly excuses that I am busy, I have no time or I am working to avoid cooking. This is nothing but pure laziness which is also an excuse by itself. If you want your marriage to work, it is important for you to include food as a “medicine”. It does wonders for your marriage or better still get your partner to help you make the food. The time spent together making a delicious meal (and I mean it does not have to be a feast) helps bring you closer to your partner. Even if you do not know how to cook a meal, make a simple sandwich or instant noodles! Anything done out of love is always appreciated.

When you feel bolder, start experimenting your culinary skills by making more special delicacies. Remove the thought that “it is only the two of us, so why don’t we just eat out”. Cultivate an interest within yourself and start with the simplest meals and move forward from there. Cooking or baking can be really fun if you start becoming creative and not treat it like a chore. Even I am always trying something new to cook as variety is the flavour of life.

You can always cook when you get some free time and make a little extra so that you can store half in the freezer and have it on the days you “don’t feel like cooking”. It not only saves a lot of time but also very economical. So, stop thinking and give it a shot. You may even surprise yourself of what a great cook you can be ;). Good luck.

Although I am still a newbie, but some of my recipes are featured at along others. Do check it out and surprise your partner.
